The Reine de Naples Perles Impériales is crafted in 18K Breguet gold with the Maison’s iconic ovoid-shaped case measuring 28.4 mm in width and 10 mm in thickness, complemented by a sapphire case back. It features a non-screwed crown, Breguet hollow apple hands, 13 mm lug width, and water resistance of 1.5 BAR. The watch is lavishly adorned with 128 brilliant-cut diamonds and a briolette-cut diamond on the case, while the dial is set with 210 brilliant-cut diamonds and a pear-cut diamond, paired with an 18K Breguet gold bracelet and clasp.
