The Reine de Naples Phase de Lune 8908 is a refined 18K rose gold timepiece inspired by Breguet’s first wristwatch, featuring moon phases and a power reserve indicator at 12 o’clock, with off-centred hours and small seconds. The dial combines Tahitian mother-of-pearl and silvered gold guilloché, accented by blued steel Breguet hollow apple hands. Diamonds enhance the bezel and dial flange, a cabochon ruby crowns the case, and the watch is completed with an alligator strap and a rose gold three-blade deployant clasp.
