The Reine de Naples Perles Impériales is crafted in 18K Breguet gold with an iconic ovoid case measuring 28.4 mm in width and 10 mm in thickness, featuring a sapphire case back. It is fitted with a non-screwed crown, Breguet hollow apple hands, 13 mm lug width, and 1.5 BAR water resistance. The watch is paired with an alligator strap and an 18K Breguet gold three-blade deployant clasp set with 26 brilliant-cut diamonds, while the case is adorned with 128 brilliant-cut diamonds and a briolette-cut diamond, and the dial is richly set with 210 brilliant-cut diamonds and a pear-cut diamond.
