Reine de Naples 8928 features the signature 33 × 24.95 mm ovoid case in 18K rose gold, with an off-centred hours chapter at the lower part of the dial adorned with blued open-tipped Breguet hands on a rhodium-plated mother-of-pearl dial. The watch is enhanced by refined diamond details, including a briolette-cut diamond on the crown, a diamond-set ball attachment at 6 o’clock, and brilliant-cut diamonds on the bezel, dial flange and clasp, finished with a sapphire case back, 3 BAR water resistance, an alligator strap, and a rose-gold three-blade deployant clasp.
