Reine de Naples 8928 features a compact 33 × 24.95 mm ovoid case in 18K white gold, with an off-centred hours chapter at 6 o’clock accented by blued open-tipped Breguet hands on a rhodium-plated mother-of-pearl dial. The watch is richly adorned with diamonds, including a briolette-cut diamond on the crown, a diamond-paved ball attachment, and brilliant-cut diamonds set on the bezel, dial flange and clasp, completed by a sapphire case back and 3 BAR water resistance.
