Reine de Naples 8928 features the signature 33 × 24.95 mm ovoid case in 18K rose gold, with an off-centred hours chapter adorned with blued open-tipped Breguet hands on a rhodium-plated mother-of-pearl dial. Lavishly diamond-set, it includes a briolette-cut diamond on the crown, a diamond-paved ball attachment at 6 o’clock, and brilliant-cut diamonds on the bezel, dial flange, dial and folding clasp, completed by a sapphire case back, 3 BAR water resistance, and an alligator strap with rose-gold three-blade deployant clasp.
