The Reine de Naples 8918 in 18K white gold features an elegant ovoid case highlighted by large Breguet numerals and open-tipped blued Breguet hands, complemented by a rhodium-plated mother-of-pearl dial. Measuring 35.6 × 28.5 mm with a slim 8.7 mm profile, the watch is distinguished at 6 o’clock by a pear-cut stone and a signature ball attachment connecting the strap to the case. Diamonds adorn the bezel, dial flange and crown, totalling over 1.15 carats, while a sapphire caseback reveals the automatic movement offering a 45-hour power reserve and 3 BAR water resistance, completed with a white gold bracelet & clasp.
