Ballon Bleu de Cartier watch, 42 mm, featuring a self-winding mechanical movement. The 18K rose gold (750/1000) case is complemented by a fluted crown set with a blue cabochon-shaped sapphire. The silvered guilloché lacquered opaline dial displays Roman numerals, blued-steel sword-shaped hands, and a calendar aperture at 3 o’clock, protected by a sapphire crystal. Finished with an alligator-skin strap and an 18K rose gold (750/1000) double adjustable folding buckle. Case dimensions: 42.1 mm in diameter and 13 mm in thickness. Water-resistant up to 3 bar (approximately 30 meters / 100 feet).
