Reine de Naples 8928 features a compact 33 × 24.95 mm ovoid case in 18K rose gold, with an off-centred hours chapter adorned with blued open-tipped Breguet hands on a rhodium-plated mother-of-pearl dial. The watch is lavishly diamond-set, featuring a briolette-cut diamond on the crown, a diamond-paved ball attachment at 6 o’clock, and brilliant-cut diamonds on the bezel, dial flange, clasp and dial, and is completed by a rose-gold bracelet with matching rose-gold clasp, sapphire case back, and 3 BAR water resistance.
