Reine de Naples 8928 features a refined 33 × 24.95 mm ovoid case in 18K white gold, with an off-centred hours chapter highlighted by blued open-tipped Breguet hands on a rhodium-plated mother-of-pearl dial. The watch is lavishly set with diamonds, including a briolette-cut diamond on the crown, a diamond-paved ball attachment at 6 o’clock, and brilliant-cut diamonds on the bezel, dial flange and clasp, complemented by a sapphire case back, 3 BAR water resistance, and an alligator strap with white gold three-blade deployant clasp.
