The Reine de Naples 8918 is an elegant 18K white gold timepiece with an ovoid case, highlighted by large Breguet numerals and blued steel Breguet hollow apple hands on a Grand Feu enamel dial. A pear-cut diamond at 6 o’clock and a refined ball attachment accentuate its distinctive design, while diamonds set on the bezel, dial flange, crown, and clasp add radiant brilliance.
