The Reine de Naples Phase de Lune 8908 is an elegant 18K rose gold timepiece inspired by Breguet’s first wristwatch, featuring moon phases and a power reserve indicator at 12 o’clock, with off-centred hours and small seconds. The dial combines Tahitian mother-of-pearl and silvered gold guilloché, accented by blued steel Breguet hollow apple hands. Diamonds illuminate the bezel and dial flange, while a cabochon ruby adorns the crown, and the watch is completed with a rose gold clasp and refined gem-setting.
