The Reine de Naples 8918 in 18K rose gold is defined by its large Breguet numerals and open-tipped blued Breguet hands, set on a rhodium-plated mother-of-pearl dial. Its elegant ovoid case measures 35.6 × 28.5 mm with a slim 8.7 mm profile and features a pear-cut stone and signature ball attachment at 6 o’clock. Diamonds enhance the bezel, dial flange and crown, while a sapphire caseback, 3 BAR water resistance, alligator strap and rose gold three-blade deployant clasp complete this refined timepiece.
