With the Aeterna, the Maison did not simply revisit that icon. It distilled it. Gone are the eyes, scales, and ornate flourishes that typically define the Serpenti aesthetic. In their place is a radically minimal silhouette — smooth, tapered, and sculptural — that wraps around the wrist with the fluid elegance of movement, not the rigidity of metal. The original identity of the Serpenti collection remains entirely intact. What has changed is the execution.

Specifications of the Serpenti Artena

The Serpenti Aeterna is built around a 24mm case — curved and snakehead-shaped — crafted in 18k rose gold and set with brilliant-cut diamonds. The bangle bracelet is available in two lengths, 145mm and 155mm, designed to wrap naturally around the wrist without traditional links. On the inner surface of the bracelet, hexagonal scale motifs are hand-engraved — a tactile signature invisible to onlookers, present only for the wearer.

The dial is arrowhead-shaped, nestled into the snake's head and fully pavé-set with diamonds. Hours and minutes are indicated by a pair of hands, in rose gold for the standard version. The crown is set with a single brilliant-cut diamond at its centre.

The rose gold bracelet is set with 493 round brilliant-cut diamonds totalling 5.0 carats, alongside 122 coloured stones across 14 gem varieties — rubellite, amethyst, topaz, emerald, citrine, pink sapphire, tanzanite, Paraíba tourmaline, tsavorite, spessartite, pink tourmaline, aquamarine, blue sapphire, and peridot — in round, pear, square, and oval cuts. Openworked hexagonal scales inside the bracelet allow light to pass through the stones, creating shifting transparency on the wrist.

The 2026 Yellow Gold Edition

New for 2026, Bvlgari Watches for Women presents the Serpenti Aeterna for the first time in yellow gold — a solar metal that heightens the watch's taut yet curved sculptural form. This version carries a white mother-of-pearl dial with yellow gold-plated hands, and a yellow gold bracelet set with 68 round brilliant-cut diamonds.
